Unified endpoint management company NinjaOne LLC today announced the launch of NinjaOne Remote, a remote access solution that improves security and productivity as well as providing a better service for end users.
NinjaOne Remote was built from the ground up for businesses with security in mind and gives information technology teams and managed service providers fast, reliable and secure control over endpoints, wherever they are.
The offering seeks to assist with the issue whereby organizations are dealing with more threats, more frequent operating system and application updates and more devices. NinjaOne says that the growing diversity of operating systems, applications and user needs adds to the challenge of managing and securing these workspaces.
The solution makes MSPs and IT teams more efficient, bolsters security and improves employee experience.
“We’ve seen firsthand how frustrating traditional remote tools can be for organizations — slow to connect, unnecessarily complicated, unstable and generally unreliable,” said Chief Product Officer Rahul Hirani. “We built NinjaOne Remote to change that” and the product is “designed to empower IT teams and MSPs to move faster, solve problems more efficiently, and deliver a better support experience every time at a lower price.”
NinjaOne Remote includes access to a complete technician toolset to allow technicians to connect to devices in seconds and access troubleshooting tools in a single, easy-to-use interface. Technicians can also run unlimited simultaneous sessions across managed devices while resolving issues, applying updates, or performing maintenance silently in the background.
The solution offers an intuitive end-user experience through the NinjaOne End User Portal to allow users to securely access their office machines remotely to minimize downtime while keeping them connected to the tools and devices they need.
NinjaOne Remote supports Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, or iOS devices at any scale.
On the compliance side, NinjaOne Remote meets Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program Moderate, Government Risk and Authorization Management Program, Service Organization Control 2 Type II and Type III and International Organization for Standardization 27001. The solution also aligns with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Network and Information Security Directive 2 and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act to ensure that every remote session upholds the highest levels of compliance and data protection.
