SecurityScorecard debuts TITAN AI to reduce supply chain breaches and streamline vendor risk workflows

Cyber risk management company SecurityScorecard Inc. today announced the launch of TITAN AI, an artificial intelligence-driven platform that transforms third-party risk management from a manual, reactive process into a continuous, automated and threat-informed system.

The new service is built on top of SecurityScorecard’s ratings and third-party risk management platform and offers enhanced threat intelligence to deliver a solution built for the demands of today’s risk landscape.

TITAN AI allows organizations to automate the majority of the work traditionally required to manage vendor risk and, in doing so, allows TPRM, security and risk teams to reclaim hours previously spent chasing vendors, managing spreadsheets and manually reviewing assessments. TITAN AI can reduce manual effort by up to 95% to allow teams to scale their TPRM programs without hiring additional staff or increasing budget.

Using the new service, organizations can identify and address third-party risk faster and more consistently by continuously identifying exposures and enabling earlier remediation before incidents occur.

TITAN AI is claimed to help customers reduce supply chain breaches by up to 75% and delivers up to nine times higher vendor engagement to allow vendors to respond more quickly and resolve issues before they escalate.

The service is organized into three offerings that take organizations from foundational visibility to active, threat-informed defense.

The first offering, TITAN Watch, provides continuous visibility and gives security teams a comprehensive, continuous understanding of their third-party risk landscape — whom their vendors are, what they look like from the outside, and where the most critical exposures exist.

The second offering, TITAN Assess, offers intelligence automation that allows teams to reduce manual work by more than 90% through AI-driven questionnaire automation, risk prioritization and streamlined vendor workflows. TITAN Secure, the third offering, offers threat-informed remediation so that organizations can move beyond passive monitoring to continuous threat prevention.

SecurityScorecard says that because TITAN AI provides 99.9% accurate risk attribution with a near-zero refute rate, both internal teams and external vendors trust the findings. The result gives security leaders the confidence to act quickly, strengthen compliance posture and provide boards with clearer visibility into the organization’s cyber resilience.

“We pioneered cybersecurity ratings to give organizations a clear, measurable way to understand and improve their cyber hygiene,” said Dr. Aleksandr Yampolskiy, chief executive officer and co-founder of SecurityScorecard. “Today, we’re still redefining what’s possible. Many teams still spend too much time stuck in manual, compliance-driven processes that don’t actually reduce risk. TITAN AI is our answer to that problem.”

Alongside the launch of TITAN AI, SecurityScorecard also today announced the Supply Chain Resilience Journey, a customer maturity model designed to help organizations understand exactly where their TPRM program stands today and how to advance it. The journey maps four progressive stages: Basic Diligence, Periodic TPRM, Continuous TPRM and Threat-Informed TPRM.

Both TITAN AI and the Supply Chain Resilience Journey model will be demonstrated by SecurityScorecard at RSAC conference in San Francisco March 23-26.
