Dropbox is growing fast, both in terms of customers and teams. Making a significant development to its creative team, Dropbox recently welcomed Rasmus Andersson in the team. Andersson is the creative mind behind Facebook’s mobile design and has also worked on Spotify as Chief Designer. This Swedish designer worked with Facebook for two years, where he led the design of social networking site’s mobile products and other product infrastructure stuff.
While working four years with Spotify as Chief Designer, he looked after all aspects of creative direction, developing its logo and branding and designing the interface of its flagship Mac app.
Looking at Andersson’s record, it is a big win for Dropbox on
staffing front. Here at DropBox, he will be working with both design and engineering teams to make Dropbox’s product offerings even better.
Dropbox started with a team of 13 members, and has gradually grown up to 250 employees. Besides the recent one, the cloud file sharing company made several other significant additions to the staff, including Kim Malone Scott from Google, Kevin Egan from Salesforce, and Soleio Cuervo – famed creator of the Python programming language and Facebook’s Like button.
THANK YOU
