The hazards of smart homes grow

Even as connected devices in our homes make life easier, they may also put our lives at risk to cyber-spying, warns Gary Huestis, owner of cyber-security company E-Investigations. Despite the growing risk associated with smart homes, it seems nothing can stop the IoT revolution as more products and initiatives arise. The Linkio home automation system and the implementation of ABCs of Smart-Technology in Midtown Doral are two ongoing projects building support for a smarter world.
