Cisco Meraki improves impact of data in the cloud with new UI platform

A good user interface platform makes a significant difference in the way data is processed and understood by users. Combining data analytics into one concise platform is what many companies are trying to achieve so that it’s easy for any team to learn to help their business succeed.

Matillion Ltd., a data transformation company for cloud data warehouses, strives to design a service that makes data easy to follow for anyone.

It’s easy to understand, it’s faster to ramp people onto those projects cause it explains itself — it’s faster to hand it over because it’s self-documenting,” said Matthew Scullion (pictured, right), founder and chief executive officer at Matillion, about the company’s solution.

Matillion helps organizations, including Cisco Meraki, keep up with the data explosion using its Data Productivity Cloud.

Scullion and Hoshang Chenoy (pictured, letf), principal marketing intelligence scientist at Cisco Meraki, spoke with theCUBE industry analyst Lisa Martin and Dave Vellante at AWS re:Invent, during an exclusive broadcast on theCUBE, SiliconANGLE Media’s livestreaming studio. They discussed their partnership and new data innovations in the cloud. (* Disclosure below.)

Growing the impact of data in the cloud

Matillion’s Data Productivity Cloud is designed for individuals with any level of coding experience, even if they have don’t have any, according to Scullion. Moreover, it’s quick to integrate with any stack, whether that be AWS, Snowflake or Redshift, as well as highly scalable. Scullion summarizes it as being everyone ready, stack ready, and future ready.

Cisco Meraki partnered with Matillion to improve its business operations in the cloud by delivering one platform for quick and reliable problem-solving. The technology analyzes the issue and suggests where improvements can be made.

“You blend all of these different data sources, you can find the deficiencies in your process, you fix that and you can quickly turn things around,” Chenoy explained.
