AttackIQ’s new products aim to democratize security testing for everyone

Security optimization platform company AttackIQ Inc. today announced AttackIQ Flex, AttackIQ Ready! and AttackIQ Enterprise, a range of new products that are designed to democratize testing for everyone.

The new offerings address broader industry challenges, such as adversary emulation and automated testing being accessible only to large organizations with big budgets and sophisticated security teams. AttackIQ argues that smaller entities are often left untested, resulting in vulnerabilities. According to an Accenture study, 46% of cyberattacks target small and medium-sized businesses, highlighting the critical need for scalable and accessible testing solutions.

With the new releases, AttackIQ aims to fill the market gap and extend testing capabilities to a broader range of organizations. The company claims the new products mark a significant expansion in this field, potentially contributing to a more secure digital landscape.

Leading the list is AttackIQ Flex, an on-demand, pay-as-you-go, agentless test-as-a-service solution. Designed with user accessibility in mind, the service provides detailed security performance metrics and mitigations in minutes, allowing organizations to conduct granular security validation without facing recurring fees or complex deployments.

Flex includes a simplified user experience designed to be usable by anyone within an organization, expanding testing services outside of traditional security realms. The service delivers immediate results, bridging the gap for small to medium-sized businesses that need accessible and efficient security testing options.

AttackIQ Ready! is a fully managed breach and attack simulation service targeted at small and medium-sized businesses. The service uses a library of MITRE ATT&CK-aligned adversary emulations and generates actionable reports and clear remediation recommendations weekly and monthly.

“With AttackIQ Ready! and AttackIQ Flex, we are democratizing cybersecurity testing by extending our expertise and solutions to the entire market and giving organizations the chance to expand their testing capabilities whenever they need,” Chief Commercial Officer Carl Wright said ahead of the announcement. “We are now empowering organizations of all sizes to test their controls, make informed decisions and fortify themselves against emerging threats.”

Finally, AttackIQ Enterprise is a co-managed service for large enterprises, delivering the company’s SaaS offering to mature security organizations. Customers have access to the full platform and the entire testing library and the company serves as a co-pilot for security teams, providing threat intelligence, reporting and on-demand engineering support to augment the use of the AttackIQ Breach and Attack Simulation Platform.

Flex, Ready! and Enterprise are available now. The company will demonstrate the new products at the Black Hat Conference Aug. 8-9.
