AI moves from managing tasks to performing them in monday.com’s evolving strategy

For the rest of 2025 and beyond, Monday.com Ltd. is laying out a bold vision for the future of work — one where artificial intelligence won’t merely manage tasks, but perform them.

Elevate 2025 explores the future of work with monday.com, showcasing how AI and automation streamline workflows, break silos and boost visibility.

Monday.com’s Eran Zinman discusses new AI innovations streamlining work.

With a steady innovation pipeline, AI will reshape customer expectations. The onus will, therefore, rest on companies to adapt their customer-facing approaches to leverage the evolution, according to Eran Zinman (pictured), co-founder and co-chief information officer of monday.com.

“We’ve delivered a lot of innovation, new products and additions to our existing products — around AI doing the work for you,” he said. “This is a mindset change for our customers because what they expect from our products can now fundamentally change. The value they can get out of the products is a hundred times more than what they could get in the past.”

Zinman spoke with theCUBE’s Paul Nashawaty at Elevate ’25, during an exclusive broadcast on theCUBE, SiliconANGLE Media’s livestreaming studio. They discussed how monday.com is transforming enterprise productivity through automation, integration and intelligent agents that redefine what software can deliver. (* Disclosure below.)

The future of work brings frictionless AI for every organization

Moving forward, innovations to AI will allow it to deliver “infinite leverage,” according to Zinman. Traditionally, scaling operations required hiring more people. Monday.com’s AI-driven solutions now allow businesses to scale through software instead. Real-world use cases from major enterprises, such as PepsiCo and Instacart, illustrate the future of work — with AI reducing low-impact workloads, accelerating operations and driving measurable efficiency gains.

“In the past, when people onboarded to Monday, they were given this power of building their own solutions, but they had to do the manual work to do it,” Zinman said. “Now you go into ‘magic,’ you just type in what your business needs, and then boom, it builds it for you with all the knowledge and expertise.”

While half of monday.com’s customers are already leveraging AI, many are still early in their journey, Zinman acknowledged. To bridge that gap, monday.com introduced “monday sidekick”, a simple AI assistant accessible directly within existing workflows.

“Whether it’s an SMB or the mid-market company or even an enterprise company, we have specific go-to-market and also we build new products,” he said. “I feel we’re now in a transition phase. Some companies are eager to adopt new AI solutions, more opportunistic, and others are slow to adopt. I think it’s our responsibility to offer both solutions going forward.”
