JumpCloud Inc., a platform for identity, access and devices, today announced that it has acquired MacSolution Tecnologia Ltd., the largest managed service provider in the Americas and an existing JumpCloud partner, for an undisclosed price.

Founded in 2005, MacSolution offers information technology support and management services across Brazil. The company helps organizations modernize IT operations by managing user identities, access and devices through unified, cloud-native platforms. MacSolution assists its clients in centralizing control over who can access systems, applications and data and how those devices are configured and protected.

The company’s identity and access management services provide support for automating onboarding and offboarding of employees, the enforcement of single sign-ons, support for multifactor authentication, and support for the implementation of zero-trust policies that significantly strengthen cybersecurity posture.

MacSolution also provides device management and security services, with its experts able to help organizations monitor and manage laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other hardware. Provided support can include applying patches, enforcing security configurations, enabling remote access and compliance with key regulations.

Other services offered by MacSolution include consulting, implementation and ongoing support that leverages its certified team to tailor technology solutions to each client’s needs.

For JumpCloud, the acquisition will help it continue to develop a strategic go-to-market hub in São Paulo, Brazil, following the acquisition of VaultOne Inc. in May.
