Presidio rolls out Adaptive Cloud Services on AWS for cloud operations and cost management

Information technology services firm Presidio Inc. today announced the launch of Adaptive Cloud Services, a suite of intelligent, artificial intelligence-enhanced cloud offerings built on Amazon Web Services Inc.

The new offerings are designed to provide flexible, tiered options that scale with customer needs while delivering an outcomes-driven approach.

Adaptive Cloud Services is structured around three tiers – Cloud Essential, Cloud Optimize and Cloud Accelerate – with each designed to deliver meaningful value while providing a clear path to what Presidio calls “the next level of maturity.” The offerings use an adaptive model that allows services to automatically scale and respond to changing requirements while leveraging AI and automation to deliver insights rather than reactive support.

The first tier, Cloud Essential, offers a streamlined, self-service cloud management experience for organizations that want full visibility and governance tooling while maintaining responsibility for day-to-day application and business operations.

The second tier, Cloud Optimize, combines CloudOps enablement with cost optimization for customers ready for 24/7 operational oversight, best-practice alignment, structured cost governance and technical advisory hours. The third tier, Cloud Accelerate, offers a high-touch, fully optimized CloudOps and FinOps program with AI-driven automation, dedicated technical advisory hours and comprehensive service level agreements for incident response, resolution and request fulfillment.

Core to the new offerings is a focus on being adaptive, with Presidio arguing that traditional managed services are static – fixed scope, fixed response and fixed value. Adaptive Cloud Services, on the other hand, represents a shift where services learn, evolve and respond to each customer’s unique environment.

“The word ‘adaptive’ is intentional,” explains Punish Malhotra, senior vice president of managed services at Presidio. “Our customers are dynamic – they’re growing, changing and facing new challenges constantly. They need a partner whose services grow and change with them.”

Ultimately, the new Adaptive Cloud Services offerings provide organizations with access to proven methodologies, deep bench strength across the technology stack and predictable pricing with a visible path to the next level of maturity.

The offerings also benefit Presidio’s technology partners, as Adaptive Cloud Services gives AWS sellers a packaged solution they can recommend to customers across segments, whether they need foundational visibility or full operational management.
