Zencoder, a startup building an artificial intelligence orchestration layer for software development and business, today announced the launch of Zenflow Work, a major expansion of its platform that focuses on automating everyday business — the work that coding agents don’t touch.
The company, officially named For Good AI Inc., said the new platform brings the power of AI agents to planning, coordination and engineering within the goal-driven operations of business units such as product, marketing, sales, customer success, finance and human resources.
“Coding agents made engineers 10 times faster at writing code,” founder and Chief Executive and founder Andrew Filev said. “But there’s actually more routine work outside of coding than there is in coding, with people spending three-quarters of their time doing that. Zenflow Work is for the other 75%.”
The rise of agentic coding put the powerful tools into the hands of developers, but they still spend the rest of their day sitting in meetings, communicating and coordinating. That means moving information and organizing it in ways that make it understandable and can be worked back into their routine.
Zenflow Work takes the same processes that the company learned from building powerful coding agents for engineers and applies them to the rest of work, including coordination and communication. This not only assists engineers, but everyone else, the company claims.
Multistep tasks now execute across common tools, including Jira, Linear, Notion, Gmail and Google Docs, and conclude automatically once certain criteria are met. Agents can prepare briefs every morning about what needs to be done, what has been done and how things are going. Agents can read push notes, categories, features, merges, fixes and improvements, as well as write user-facing release notes into Google Docs to save time.
This isn’t just for engineers. Every team needs to communicate, have meetings, email and a wide array of documents, chats and data floating around that they must pin down constantly. Agents can sift through that while they are idle to help organize, categorize and bring them up to date.
According to the company, AI agents can work to update teams in real-time on Telegram or Slack, with WhatsApp support coming later.
The platform remains model-agnostic, supporting many models such as Anthropic PBC’s Claude, OpenAI Group PBC’s ChatGPT and Google LLC’s Gemini. For coding, plugins are available for VS Code and JetBrains.
