LivingSocial Acquires Urban Escape. Social Adventures, Here We Come!
Yet another acquisition brings more amazing opportunities for consumers. LivingSocial, a social shopping site has acquired Urban Escape, an adventure planning company. The details of this deal are not disclosed as of yet. But we can surely expect this deal to bring in new, fun and exciting experiences along with the already available amazing deals for the 10 million plus subscribers of LivingSocial. It extends LivingSocial’s expansion of its own site, which has recently spread to 25 more cities across the U.S.
This deal is in line with the Growth strategy of Urban Escape and Expansion Focus of LivingSocial. The management of both companies expressed their enthusiasm:
