

Marketing analytics firm DialogTech Inc. has acquired Swydo, a Dutch provider of digital marketing dashboards, reports and visualization, for an undisclosed price.
Founded in 2005, DialogTech uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide marketing analytics for businesses that wish to track data from inbound phone calls. The purchase of Swydo allows existing DialogTech customers, which include Fortune 500 brands, agencies and tech startups, to tap into advanced digital marketing dashboards, reports and visualizations, allowing them to better visualize their data across marketing channels.
“The acquisition enables DialogTech customers to view their call analytics data alongside their martech and adtech performance data within the DialogTech platform in Swydo-powered reports and dashboards,” the company explained to SiliconANGLE.
With the acquisition, DialogTech is now offering a new product called DialogTech Reports. Powered by Swydo, the new reporting platform allows marketers to create omnichannel marketing reports and dashboards through a drop-and-drag editor. Users also can integrate data from their Google Analytics, AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and MailChimp accounts.
The new reporting product complements DialogTech’s existing AI-Driven Insights platform that analyzes the entire context of calls to uncover insights and its integrations service that allows users to tap into data from leading customer relationship management, bid management, web analytics and digital advertising platforms.
Through a 30-day free trial, DialogTech customers can access the new reporting feature starting today within the DialogTech platform as part of its Dashboard Insights tool. Existing Swydo customers will continue to have access to the service, with the added advantage of now being able to add call analytics data from DialogTech to their reports and dashboards inside Swydo for an integrated view of marketing performance.
