Email security and deliverability platform startup EasyDMARC raises $2.3M

Email security and deliverability platform startup EasyDMARC Inc. has raised $2.3 million in new funding for further product development and to expand its global market reach.

The seed round was led by Acrobator Ventures and included Formula VC fund.

Founded in 2018, EasyDMARC offers an all-in-one solution for securing domains and email infrastructure. The company’s platform is designed to identify existing problems quickly and configure domains correctly to protect businesses from attacks while increasing email deliverability.

EasyDMARC argues that although companies own and manage their email infrastructure, the channel remains weak and insecure. The company addresses issues by ensuring that the clients’ email infrastructure adheres to email security protocols and provides a solution against email-based threats, including phishing, spoofing, and spam.

The company’s platform uncovers fraudulent changes, blocks any attempt at brand impersonations and ensures that emails land in the right inboxes. The service includes a user-friendly interface designed to make it easy to deploy email authentication and improve email deliverability along with a range of features to help organizations troubleshoot email delivery issues and improve their deliverability.

Since becoming publicly available in 2018, EasyDMARC has seen strong growth and currently has 30,000 clients from 130 countries, according to the company. Notable customers include Ferrari s.P.a, Panasonic Holdings Corp., Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Similarweb Ltd. and Florida State University.

EasyDMARC’s platform accumulates 80,000 monthly active visitors with 10,000 domains checked for any security issues daily. The platform has prevented 82 million cybersecurity attacks with 9 billion data points analyzed monthly.

“Email is the lifeblood of communication for businesses and the most common target for cyberattacks,” Gerasim Hovhannisyan, co-founder and chief executive of EasyDMARC, said in a statement. Hovhannisyan came up with the idea for EasyDMARC after he previously experienced a severe email phishing attack that resulted in a significant financial loss.

“We have developed our AI-powered solution to identify an organization’s valid sending sources to reach the best security state in the shortest time,” Hovhannisyan added. “EasyDMARC ultimately provides peace of mind, enabling its clients to focus on achieving their business objectives rather than dealing with the worries and concerns associated with security.”
