Creatio’s no-code development platform gets generative AI copilot
No-code platform developer Creatio Inc. today added a generative artificial intelligence copilot feature that assists users in building applications.
The feature is intended to enable users to tap into tried-and-tested out-of-the-box AI scenarios and create and customize new ones without the need for coding.
The company is also introducing an accompanying workspace called Copilot Studio that lets no-code creators access and develop AI models, deploy new use cases and modify existing ones on the fly. Generative AI is used to generate applications, design business processes and create user interfaces design based on textual descriptions built with narrative prompts.
Creatio’s no-code platform is oriented toward sales, marketing and customer service scenarios. Creatio Copilot is a large language model-independent natural language virtual assistant that can generate prompts, suggest actions, create templates and provide narratives based on visuals and data. The model is trained on anonymized data gathered by Creatio and can be fine-tuned with customer data. It appears in a panel on the right side of the screen and aids with any process, the company said.
“For example, the end user can create a record, lead, opportunity or case from data pulled in from an integrated solution such as an [enterprise resource planning] system, billing system or a core bank system,” said Andie Dovgan, Creatio’s chief growth officer. “The user can use the same set of no-code tools to configure gen AI use cases or scenarios.”
Usage scenarios
For sales professionals, Creatio Copilot supports intelligent lead scoring, creates summaries and talking points for customer interactions and recommends next-best action prompts. “A user can open up an opportunity and ask that copilot to create a summary and suggest a recommendation for how to increase the chances of winning a deal,” Dovgan said. “It will give you an overview of this opportunity, explain where it stands and what the seller can do to be more successful.”
He said the copilot can also assess the likelihood that a sales representative will reach a target quota for the quarter and recommend deals and specific aspects within the pipeline to increase the probability of success.
Marketers can use Creatio Copilot to optimize campaign flows, select the most responsive audiences and quickly prepare related templates in multiple languages. Customer service agents can use it to capture and analyze customer interactions, set response priorities and suggest the most qualified agent to address a customer interaction. It can also aid in generating responses tailored to customer preferences and expectations.
“We can do sentiment analysis based on a particular conversation, emails and calls to asses what is the sentiment of the customer and can be done to get it improved,” Dovgan said.
Creatio Copilot is a no-cost enhancement to the Creatio platform.
