LeapXpert introduces ‘Maxen’ to transform client relationships with AI

Business communication provider LeapXpert Inc. today announced the general availability of a new generative artificial intelligence solution that improves the productivity of relationship managers and enhances communications with clients.

Called “Maxen,” the new AI is designed to produce communications intelligence by fusing data from external communication channels, such as WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, phone calls, collaboration platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Teams, client data and enterprise knowledge. In doing so, Maxen provides relationship managers, such as account managers and financial advisors, with live insights into recent communications and recommendations for impactful message topics and content.

The application includes collaborative insights and features for adding comments and sharing across enterprise teams. Maxen also offers accurate fact and compliance checking for all messages, with robust data controls that meet the strict governance and compliance needs of enterprises.

LeapXpert cites McKinsey & Co. estimates that generative AI could add the equivalent of $2.6 trillion to $4.4 trillion annually in value to global industries across the 63 use cases the firm analyzed. They particularly highlight banking as one sector set to benefit, with the potential of $200 billion to $340 billion from increased productivity.

While LeapXpert offers its services across various industries, its main client roster includes major international banks and financial service providers, including Credit Suisse Group AG Rothschild & Co. SCA, HSBC Holdings plc, DBS Group Holdings Ltd., Solomon Partners LLC and Macquarie Group Ltd.

“Our launch of Maxen is the next natural step in our product management strategy as our application of Generative AI will empower our customers to get so much more out of their client interactions and boost productivity,” said LeapXpert founder and Chief Executive Dima Gutzeit. “We are already experiencing impressive demand for Maxen and have strong expectations it will unlock significant new possibilities for productive client engagement and communication.”

Maxen is available as an optional module as part of the LeapXpert Communications Platform, the company’s digital communications governance platform that allows employees and clients to communicate on consumer messaging applications and voice channels in a compliant, governed and secure manner.

LeapXpert is a venture capital-backed startup, having raised $36 million in funding, according to Tracxn. Investors include Uncorrelated Ventures LLC and Rockefeller Capital Management LP.
