Monday.com brings portfolio management for enterprise users to standardize project work

Project management software firm Monday.com Ltd. today announced the full release of its Portfolio management solution, an enterprise-ready product that assists with making decisions about projects across teams and departments.

The company’s work management solution is a set of tools that organizations can use to build their own setup to manage every aspect of their work to facilitate collaboration within teams. That includes customizing project management, task management, resource management, goals, approvals and more.

With Portfolio, users can navigate between high-level portfolios and low-level projects. It provides a holistic view of all relevant projects in one dashboard designed to declutter the management interface with relevant information. The company said its interface is designed to provide visual clarity without burdening management with complex reports.

“With our Portfolio management solution, our enterprise customers will now have a strong connection between everyday work and high-level insights, providing a top-down view that drives efficiency and effectiveness,” said Daniel Lereya, chief product and technology officer at Monday.com.

The company said that the solution is easy to use straight out of the box and requires almost no setup. It instantly connects and ensures customers can start managing projects immediately without worrying about complex implementation.

The visual back end makes it easy for management to get a birds-eye-view of project health. Including what projects are currently on track, at risk or falling behind. That provides a quick view of what might need quick attention and a way to drill down to understand the issues holding up project progress.

Like the company’s other tools, Portfolio is also customizable and easily integrated with existing workflows for automation. Customers can customize project intake and use standardized templates to make processes faster. For bespoke internal processes, users can quickly add and remove fields, connect dashboards, and more, the company said, making it a truly personalized experience.

“We are democratizing project portfolio management methods by making them easy to master, which is a major differentiator to others in the market,” added Lereya.
