ServiceTitan expands AI-powered solutions for contractors with new sales and contact center tools
ServiceTitan Inc., a software platform for trades, today announced additions to its artificial intelligence-powered technology for residential and commercial contractors, including a new AI assistant and new applications for sales and call centers.
The new solutions are powered by Titan Intelligence, the company’s purpose-built AI solution for trades and are focused on empowering contractors to automate, predict and optimize their businesses.
Leading the list is the new Contract Center Pro, an always-on AI-driven contact center for trades that is designed to simplify communications channels to increase revenue, lower costs and improve customer service. Powered by virtual agents, the service offers a multichannel solution that brings together phone, email, web and social media into a single inbox with guidance provided by a virtual assistant.
The second new release, SalesPro, allows technicians to excel at sales with a honed focus on trades-related businesses. ServiceTitan argues that most technicians are not in sales but they end up doing a lot of selling given their regular customer interactions.
SalesPro helps technicians on the road, analyzing their interactions through AI to provide suggestions utilizing expert training content. The service also connects technicians with peer-to-peer coaching to further enhance their sales skills.
The third release, TI Assist, brings together predictive insights, risk analysis, personalized recommendations and deep automation into ServiceTitan to assist in customer decision-making. The service offers easy-to-use Titan Intelligence personal assistants, allowing users across differing roles and responsibilities to do their jobs more efficiently.
“At ServiceTitan, we are obsessed with making our customers as successful as possible,” said co-founder and Chief Executive Ara Mahdessian. “By delivering actionable insights and automated technology, we help contractors stay focused on what they do best — serving their customers and providing top-tier service, all while unlocking new opportunities for revenue growth and sustained profitability.”
ServiceTitan is a venture capital-backed startup that had raised $1.1 billion in funding, according to Tracxn, including a round of $165 million in 2018. Investors in the company include Index Ventures LLP, Dragoneer Investment Group, T. Rowe Price Group Inc., Battery Ventures LP, Bessemer Venture Partners LP and Iconiq Growth.
