Exabeam and Wiz partner to enhance cloud security and threat detection
Security intelligence and management solutions company Exabeam Inc. today announced a new partnership with cloud security firm Wiz Inc. to provide organizations with improved threat detection, investigation and response capabilities.
The partnership includes a new integration between Exabeam’s artificial intelligence-powered analytics and Wiz’s cloud security insights to provide organizations with a unified platform that enhances threat visibility, accelerates incident investigations and improves response times. The integration helps security teams detect, analyze and mitigate risks across both cloud and hybrid environments more efficiently, ultimately reducing the time and complexity involved in securing cloud assets.
The integration seeks to address the issue wherein, as cloud adoption has continued to increase, so have the opportunities for new attack vectors. A surge in cloud-based threats has resulted in a need for organizations to adopt more robust, integrated cloud security strategies that provide complete visibility and actionable intelligence across hybrid environments.
With the Wiz integration, customers will experience enhanced cloud security insights and streamlined onboarding to the Exabeam New-Scale Platform. the companies say. The collaboration integrates Wiz’s in-depth visibility into toxic combinations of risk with Exabeam AI-driven behavioral analytics to give teams the ability to see trends of attack paths and remediation over time.
Additional benefits from the collaboration include enhanced threat detection capabilities. Through the integration of Wiz’s cloud insights with Exabeam’s platform, security teams gain a unified view that allows them to detect patterns, prioritize threats and streamline investigations across cloud and hybrid environments more effectively.
The partnership also accelerates cloud security intelligence through a preconfigured Wiz tile on the Exabeam platform. The tile simplifies onboarding and integration, allowing organizations to quickly access critical insights and reduce the time needed to secure cloud assets.
“Our partnership with Exabeam aims to make cloud security more accessible and effective for our customers,” Oron Noha, vice president of product extensibility and partnerships at Wiz, commented on the news. “By combining our capabilities with advanced threat detection tools from Exabeam, we’re giving security teams the ability to see potential risks more clearly and respond faster.”
Exabeam was previously in the news in October when it revealed its first product updates following its July merger with LogRhythm Inc. The updates included a new service called LogRhythm Intelligence that delivers behavioral detections into the LogRhythm Machine Data Intelligence Fabric to escalate anomalous activity of users and hosts into its security information and event management user experience.
