Autonomous endpoint management company Action1 Corp. today announced major upgrades to its AEM platform, with new enhancements to autonomous patching capabilities, advanced analytics and exploit intelligence.
The updates deliver new levels of control and scalability tailored for enterprise needs, starting with the launch of Update Rings, a new feature that enhances autonomous patching by supporting structured, phased rollouts of updates that minimize downtime and security risks. The feature automatically tests patches in controlled environments before broader deployment, preventing problematic updates from disrupting critical business systems.
The Update Rings feature is complemented by real-time confidence scoring that ensures only stable patches progress through each ring, while information technology teams retain flexibility to customize deployment schedules based on business needs. The service delivers intelligent automation that streamlines patch management, strengthens security compliance and ensures operational continuity across complex enterprise environments.
Additional platform upgrades include comprehensive vulnerability reporting capabilities and granular role-based access control. The RBAC implementation allows organizations to precisely define security boundaries and operational responsibilities across their IT infrastructures.
Action1’s upgraded AEM platform now also features new advances in vulnerability analytics and exploit intelligence that allows for more sophisticated vulnerability prioritization. New integrations with VulnCheck Inc.’s NVD++, Rapid7 Inc. and Axonius Inc. deliver enhanced intelligence and contextual awareness around emerging vulnerabilities.
The C integrations provide users with richer, up-to-date data that allows organizations to identify and flag critical vulnerabilities earlier in their lifecycle, thereby dramatically improving their security posture and reducing response times to emerging threats.
“We’ve built Action1 to be the easiest to use enterprise-grade AEM platform on the market,” said co-founder and President Mike Walters. “Our focus remains on delivering autonomous endpoint management that enables teams to detect, prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities to ensure continuous compliance, whether your environment is highly distributed, centralized or a hybrid of both – all while reducing costs and making enterprises more secure.”
Action1 is a venture capital-backed startup that last raised $20 million in funding in June 2023.
