Infinity Loop raises $5M to expand contract intelligence platform

Contract intelligence platform startup Infinity Loop Inc. announced today that it has raised $5 million in new funding to accelerate go-to-market expansion to meet enterprise demand.

Founded in 2021 by procurement consultants and artificial intelligence experts Nithin Mummaneni and Kevin Liang, Infinity Loop was designed to replace the traditional reliance on manual audits and expensive consultants.

The company’s platform leverages advanced machine learning to analyze third-party contracts at scale, helping companies analyze their contracts, identify weak terms and negotiate better deals automatically.

Infinity Loop’s platform allows procurement and finance teams to take control of third-party spending by transforming how contracts are analyzed and negotiated. The platform ingests and interprets contract data across all spend categories, whether dealing with legacy agreements or live proposals.

The platform leverages benchmarking data and techniques to grade each contract, highlight underperforming commercial and legal terms and deliver tactical negotiation strategies tailored to the specific vendor context. It serves as an always-on, intelligent contract command center, equipping teams with the visibility, insights and precision needed to optimize every deal, according to the company.

Notable features of the platform include automated deal analysis using machine learning models to examine past and active contracts, benchmark performance and assign easy-to-read grades. The process highlights underperforming terms and identifies immediate opportunities for savings, replacing slow, manual contract reviews with data-driven insights.

The platform also supports intelligent deal optimization by providing real-time, actionable negotiation guidance, peer benchmarks and market-level signals to help teams secure stronger terms.

Glasswing Ventures and TIAA Ventures led the seed round, with Plug and Play Tech Center and Restive Ventures also participating.

“This funding allows us to scale faster and bring our product to more enterprises looking to unlock savings and take control of vendor contracts,” said founder and Chief Executive Nithin Mummaneni. “We’re building the solution we always wanted as consultants, something that combines domain expertise with AI to deliver real, measurable results. Every company should have access to that level of insight without needing a million-dollar consulting contract.”
