AI is shifting from a flashy add-on to the invisible backbone of modern work. As enterprises confront the urgency of breaking silos and streamlining operations, platforms that embed connected work automation into everyday workflows are setting the pace for the future of collaboration and execution.
For Monday.com Ltd., it means reinforcing the company’s role as a flexible, no-code work management platform. The company’s Elevate ’25 event will aim to showcase the platform’s transition from a collaborative work OS to an AI-native orchestration hub, according to Paul Nashawaty, principal analyst at theCUBE Research.
“Our research shows that 72% of enterprises are actively exploring AI-driven workflow automation, but only 31% have operationalized it at scale,” Nashawaty said. “Elevate intends to bridge this execution gap, empowering leaders to translate AI strategy into measurable productivity gains.”

Earlier this year, Monday.com reported that its revenue was climbing on the back of rising enterprise adoption and new AI-powered features aimed at streamlining workflows. Executives said the momentum underscored the company’s push to pair efficient growth with innovation.
“As we navigate the shifting landscape, we remain focused on the factors we can control – executing on our innovation roadmap, bolstering our go-to-market efforts to serve customers of all sizes, driving best-in-class operational efficiencies and delivering products people love,” said Eliran Glazer, Monday.com CFO.
Meanwhile, the company also spent the last number of months unveiling new innovations, including AI tools intended to help users build, automate and execute work. Daniel Lereya, chief product and technology officer at Monday.com, described the enhancements in July as a shift “from work management to work execution.”
“AI can actually accelerate our vision,” he said. “It’s not just about putting new tech in place, it’s about giving more power to people who aren’t necessarily tech people, so they can get more business value with less friction.”
Elevate will have a quantifiable impact, according to Nashawaty. In 2024, 94% of conference attendees reported learning skills they could immediately apply, aligning with theCUBE’s findings that organizations with structured AI training programs see a 2.3-times faster time-to-value in digital initiatives.
“Elevate 2025 is planning to double down with certifications and expanded global reach, giving attendees a rare blend of thought leadership and actionable frameworks to accelerate adoption,” Nashawaty said.
