Customer engagement platform company Braze Inc. today announced a new pair of agentic artificial intelligence tools for marketers and launched a new Creative Studio that links design software directly to live campaigns.
The announcements include general availability of BrazeAI Operator and BrazeAI Agent Console, plus European Union hosting on Google Cloud for BrazeAI Decisioning Studio.
BrazeAI Operator is an in-dashboard assistant that helps marketers build campaigns, create custom agents, generate content and troubleshoot workflows. The company says the tool cuts reliance on technical teams when executing complex messaging strategies.
The console provides a centralized environment to build, manage and deploy AI agents that generate content, interpret customer data and adapt campaigns in real time. The company says the combination lets marketers act on customer signals as they happen rather than through preset rules.
Customer results cited by Braze include family care platform Cleo Labs Inc., which rebuilt its welcome experience using Operator and reported an 81% reduction in unsubscribes, a 97% drop in opt-outs on the first email, a 284% increase in app opens, and a 124% lift in push notification engagement. The American Diabetes Association also used Operator to shift its eCommerce messaging from a single-send approach to a multistep journey.
The second release today, Braze Creative Studio, combines asset management, templates and brand guidelines with direct integrations to Figma Inc. and Canva Pty. Ltd. Marketers can import creative assets and full email templates from both design tools into Braze without losing design fidelity.
“Today, Braze is putting powerful, production-ready AI and creative tools directly into the hands of marketers to help them amplify their impact and define their competitive edge,” said co-founder and Chief Executive Bill Magnuson. “Our new tools are live, the technology is proven, and the brands that seize this moment will build the businesses that customers remember and choose.”
The third announcement today addresses a long-running point of friction for Braze’s European customers. BrazeAI Decisioning Studio, the company’s real-time decisioning engine, can now be hosted in the EU on Google Cloud, meaning customer data processed by the tool no longer needs to leave the region.
The option is aimed at brands operating under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and sector-specific rules in financial services, healthcare and the public sector, where data residency requirements have slowed adoption of cloud-based AI tooling. The EU deployment supports the same real-time decisioning features available elsewhere, with no compromise on latency or functionality.
