WisdomAI brings plug-and-play conversational AI analytics capabilities to SaaS applications

Not content with its push into autonomous artificial intelligence workers, WisdomAI Inc. is bringing its comprehensive analytics capabilities to third-party software-as-a-service platforms with today’s launch of Embedded Agentic Analytics.

The new offering helps software companies to quickly integrate sophisticated conversational AI and data analysis tools into their applications, saving them from the hassle of having to build those features for themselves.

WisdomAI knows a thing or two about building analytics capabilities. Its core product is an AI-native business analytics platform that automates manual data processing tasks. Its software expands the range of data sources that companies can use in their analytics projects. Whereas many BI tools only support relational information organized into rows and columns, WisdomAI can also ingest unstructured data such as PDF documents and knowledge base articles.

The company is now lending this expertise to SaaS providers with a single, white-labeled analytics backend that combines its conversational business intelligence capabilities with AI-generated dashboards and autonomous analytics agents. It’s being made available as plug-and-play infrastructure in order to eliminate a major hassle for enterprise software developers.

For years, SaaS companies that wanted to integrate analytics tools in their apps had been forced to make do with rigid and static analytics dashboards, or else spend months trying to build more dynamic capabilities themselves. However, building modern analytics systems is a tough challenge. According to WisdomAI, more than 50% of such efforts ultimately fail to deliver on their promises and struggle with accuracy.

Given the difficulty of creating a reliable analytics platform, it makes perfect sense to be able to integrate ready-made capabilities instead, and that’s exactly what WisdomAI is offering with Embedded Agentic Analytics. Developers can simply plug in a functioning and reliable AI data layer straight into their applications with only a few days of effort, the company said.

It solves the accuracy problem because it integrates WisdomAI’s proprietary Adaptive Context Engine, which automatically learns a business’ context, such as its metrics definitions and vocabulary, so as to understand the nuances of its data. Meanwhile, the integrated conversational capabilities ensure that no one needs to make do with static charts. Instead, users of third-party apps will be able to engage in prolonged conversations and drill into their data to discover the “why” behind the numbers.

WisdomAI offers a lot of flexibility in terms of deployment. Companies can choose from one of three ways to embed its analytics platform into their applications, including a simple iFrame for rapid deployments, a React SDK for deeper integrations and a GraphQL API for companies that need to build heavily customized user interfaces. The company said Embedded Agentic Analytics is built on a “governed MCP endpoint,” which means that AI agents can also access the insights it provides via the WisdomAI backend.

For security, WisdomAI offers single-tenant virtual private cloud deployments and “bring your own LLM” configurations to ensure that customer’s data remains fully isolated and is never compromised or used for AI training. The digital lending technology provider Blend Labs Inc., which processes more than $1.3 trillion of loan applications annually, is an early adopter of WisdomAI’s tech. It says it has been able to reduce the “time-to-insight” for lenders from around a week to almost split-second results.

“Standing up our own AI Analytics solution would have taken years, and AI analytics isn’t our core business,” said Blend General Manager Mukesh Jha. “We need our team focused on loan origination point-of-sale. WisdomAI gave us a secure, enterprise-ready AI analytics experience that could be deployed on-prem and shipped inside our product fast.”
