Agentic artificial intelligence is moving beyond experimentation as enterprises look to deploy autonomous systems across business workflows.
But data bottlenecks, legacy infrastructure and governance challenges continue to slow adoption — gaps Amazon Web Services Inc. aims to address and a topic sure to be discussed at AWS Summit NYC.
“AWS Summit New York won’t be about another AI model announcement,” said theCUBE Research’s Rob Strechay. “Instead, expect a deeper focus on the infrastructure, data, security and operational foundations required to move from AI experiments to AI systems that can operate at enterprise scale. The next phase of AI isn’t about generating more code or more content; it’s about creating the context, governance and automation needed to turn intelligence into business outcomes.”
TheCUBE’s coverage of AWS Summit NYC on June 23 will feature interviews with AWS leaders and industry experts. Tune in to hear key insights about agentic workflows and the operationalization of AI throughout the enterprise. (* Disclosure below.)
AI adoption has, so far, outstripped infrastructural readiness. TheCUBE Research recently revealed that 92% of organizations have now integrated AI into at least one stage of their software delivery lifecycle, up sharply from 71%. AWS’ role is to remove any constraints on agentic capabilities, according to Paul Nashawaty, principal analyst at theCUBE Research.
Moreover, 94% of organizations now use two or more clouds, with 65% using four or more, according to a the theCUBE Research survey. This creates an urgent demand for distributed AI infrastructure that spans private and public domains.
“Our data strongly supports the themes of AWS Summit NYC by documenting the enterprise shift toward AI integration, multicloud complexity and platform-driven cost governance, precisely the challenges AWS is positioned to address,” Nashawaty said. “These data points establish the market urgency that makes AWS Summit NYC a strategically significant event for enterprise technology leaders.”
