Breaking Analysis: Facebook’s 3rd Quarter Results Inspire Mobile Monetization

Facebook reported higher-than-expected numbers for Q3 yesterday, beating analysts’ expectations.  After slumping stock prices since its IPO earlier this year, Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg has been defending his massive social network with promises of mobile improvements and more monetization.  We’re starting to see some of those promises come to fruition, with updates to Facebook’s mobile apps and more analytics and targeting methods for advertisers.  Here to discuss Facebook’s monetization goals and mobile needs is SiliconAngle News Desk Editor Kristen Nicole, who dropped in for this morning’s NewsDesk segment with Kristin Feledy.
