Kohler, a manufacturing company that specializes in plumbing products, has a showerhead that brings out your inner diva, or rock star.

The Moxie Showerhead + Wireless Speaker features a sprayface with 60 angled nozzles that deliver full, enveloping spray. Like most other Kohler showerheads, the Moxie is available in water-saving 2.0 gpm or a 2.5 gpm spray, and is easy to clean.  As for the Wireless Speaker, it’s also detachable for charging or as a mobile speaker for picnics and beach days.  Moxie connects with your smartphone via Bluetooth 4.0 so you can stream your favorite tunes from up to 32 feet away.

The device is available for $199, it comes with a microUSB charging cable, and has a battery life of approximately 7 hours.

Ube

Ube is a line of home automation solutions that includes a dimmer, a smart plug, and a smart electrical outlet.  These devices connect to your home WiFi network and allows you to control them even when you’re out of the house.

The dimmer is a multitouch panel that replaces the light switch on your wall.  The multitouch control allows you to manage the lights by swiping your finger up or down to increase or decrease light intensity, use two fingers to control multiple lights, and pinching to turn off all the lights.  All these actions can also be controlled using a smartphone app.  As for the plug and electrical outlet, these allow you to control your appliances remotely and track how much energy is being consumed.  All devices are now available for pre-order.

LuMini

From the makers of Lumen, a color-changing, Bluetooth-controlled LED bulb, comes a smaller version of the lamp, the Lumen Mini or LuMini.

In almost every aspect the LuMini is much like its big brother – it can be controlled by your smartphone using Bluetooth and its free mobile app, and features the same set of RGB LEDs, so you have millions of colors to choose from – but it is intended for lamps, and the white of the LuMini is not as bright as that of the original Lumen.

The LuMini also comes with a ceramic heat sink that allows for the device to have a lifespan of approximately 30,000 hours.  You can program the device to switch on or switch off when you enter or leave the room, change colors when you get a call or message, and more.  But what makes it stand out among other connected lights is that it will be cheaper than its predecessor, costing only $30.  If you’re interested in the LuMini, make sure to back it on Kickstarter.
