A second quarter report revealed a 16-percent revenue drop in the HP Enterprise Services division, after which CEO Meg Whitman announced restructuring plans during the earnings call. While the company sold a majority stake in its Chinese server and storage business to Tsinghua Holdings Co., Ltd., it also acquired ConteXtream, boosting its NFV armory.
